Curriculim Vitae

Nardo graduate at the "Cesare Alfieri" faculty in Firenze (Italy). For twenty years researched on local history and published about history on specialized journals.
Nardo researched for commissioners, mostly owners of houses and farms in the country side. In local archives he can generally go back to the 15th century with documents from cadastre registers, tax declarations, maps.
Nardo compiled genealogical trees of farmers, simple workers and owners of the properties from XV century to nowadays and researched and translated documents dating back to the year 1000.
He was contract lecturer for the Universities of Venezia and Torino to research in archives for resources for Jewish demography: censuses, tax declarations, lists of names, etc.

- summer 2008 sent a lecture on Jewish genealogy in Sicily to a conference in Saratosa.
